Series KWP Non-Clogging Centrifugal Pump is a new generation high-efficiency, energy-saving non-clogging pump made by kingda under the license technology introduced from KSB Co. The KWP pump is of horizontal and single-stage type which is specially used for the city water supply, the sewage treatment, chemicals, iron and steel industries and the paper( pulp concentration is not higher than 3% ), sugar and maconochie industries. The main feature is high efficiency and non-clogging and the back pull-out design which can allow the rotor to be removed from the pump casing without disturbing the piping or dismantling the casing. It not only simplifies maintenance but also allows fast inter change of the impellers and wear plate of suction side, thereby permitting the pump to be rapidly modified to suit different operating conditions. The pump and the inlet pipe with manholes, easy to maintenance. There are check holes in pump housings and inlet piping, so that it could be easy to maintain. These two series of pumps can deliver all kinds of sewage, clear water, sewage, waste liquid and sludge. It is well used in water supply plant, sewage treatment works, breweries, electricity, mines as well as chemicals and construction industries.
